I have had a series of great experiences at this Sears location. I purchased a battery with the extended warranty 4 years ago (which is a fabulous option living in the sweltering desert heat) and they have not simply re-charged, but fully replaced my battery as promised twice. I have also had SEVERAL tires repaired in the last few years and, at no time did they ever tell me that it was not repairable in order to sell me a replacement tire.
I actually drive out-of-my way to have service here because they have always been straight-forward and honest with me. Sometimes the wait is longer during certain times of the day (first thing in the morning, lunch hour) than perhaps at other facilities, but if you know that going in, you're not disappointed.
