I called to inquire about an order for a small dinner party for my mother's 50th Birthday dinner. I spoke to the manager Kyle and he was so NOT helpful at all. I asked for possibly one jumbo special cupcake and a dozen standard cupcakes as it was a small 7-10 dinner party. He kept reiterating that I would have to order 2 dozen standard cupcakes to put in an order... as it is $28 for a dozen it already pricey but I was willing to pay for it.. but the way they run this shop is so not centered around the customer.. How hard would it have been to help create a special order.. it was a small order... my first glimpse at this place is very unapproachable.. they refused business.. wow glad I didn't consider them for my wedding this October which would have been a huge order.. customer service is key.. and they are pretty much locking out their customers... Kyle could have cared less about my request.. *thumbs down*
