I had bed bugs and had a few treatments done, the prep work was a lot to do and the guy who came to spray said I had more work to do, so I did and apparently it was then good enough for treatment. I got into big trouble with the apartment manager and almost got evicted because my apartment was not "prepped enough". What would they do if someone worked full time and didn't have time to basically tear the whole apartment apart for treatment? I was going through a medical crisis and had to go to the hospital, I didn't have much time to finish the prep work.
I was told I would need two treatments, and after those treatments I still had a problem. They came back again to do yet another treatment, didn't work. Another pest control company had to come out and finally got rid of them.
