If there was a 10-star rating, these people would get it ! I had been to them 3 years before for my first set of hearing aids, they worked with me to get used to them, get the right fitting and didn't give up till I was completely satisfied. Now I returned 3 years later, walk in the front door and they remember my name, WOW. They do make you feel like family.
So I was also moving out of town in 6 weeks and could not get in for a hearing exam for 8 weeks due to HPN providers. Dr. Hunsaker made a couple phone calls and had me in within a week. Went back to him, fitted my new hearing aids and I was able to leave Vegas on schedule and moved to the Virgin Islands. Now I can clearly hear the birds chirping, the trade winds blowing, and the waves crashing on the shore. You won't find better customer service anywhere from the moment you walk in the door.
