Some of the worst customer experience I have ever come across. I came into Macy's looking to buy a watch and instead had to hunt down an employee that would finally allow me to spend money in their store. When I asked multiple employees if they could assist me in trying on some watches they would point to another employee instead of helping me at that moment. I waited way too long to be helped and could not believe the lack of customer service in that store. Especially the day before Christmas. I will NEVER shop there ever again.
