All I can say is Verizon's service, or complete lack there of, is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I believe his name was Daniel, and he needs to be educated in customer service. It is great to go into a company that I spend $400 a month with and be treated like I don't matter. I will be very seriously considering other phone companies. I am tired of being lied to and treated like crap. I know no one from Verizon will contact me on this because they don't care.
