Someone claiming to be the owner named Patricia S. sent me this cowardly message: Dear Mr. "Jesus" Since you have never patronized my business , your groundless criticism, that negatively affects the business, which you posted on the Sgro's Barbershop Yelp page falls under the category of defamation. As much as you may find this amusing, many small business owners like myself work very hard and take our business seriously. Therefore, I am formally requesting you to remove this post immediately in order to avoid further action. Thank you. Sgro's Barbershop cc: Dworken and Bernstein Co. L.P.A. Cleveland, Ohio My response: Listen very carefully, I am a real person, who did in fact patronize your business. Your message is in fact the baseless criticism. I have witnesses to the shitty haircut I received in Cleveland from one of your barbers, so I'm sorry if you don't like it, but no law firm on Earth can change my review or the fact you guys fucked up my hair. I am not removing my review and fuck you for asking. I will end up owning that barbershop if you fuck with me. Facts are: I did receive a $17 haircut (how do I know the price genius?) and your barber did miss a long strand of hair as I described and my review is 100% factual and I was forced to cut my own hair the day after receiving your "professional" services, so fuck you if you don't like it. Cowards that would rather attack others than face a mirror. Perhaps you should train your barbers a bit more so they don't ruin people's hair?
