We looked at every nice place in the area and chose this one. There were others just as nice, however, the lease special they were running, waiving the application fee and great freeway access made this the right choice.

We had to schedule a maintenance request already (1st week) for water temperature in our shower- Stacy took care of this very easily.
These places are brand new, I expect a few issues... gates not always working, gate on construction side is always open( I guess until they're finished?). Trash bins overflow on weekends. If you want a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom- expect to pay $300 extra!?
There is a dripping noise behind the bathroom sink--- they are aware of it, only happens when it's cold- ok.

Update:
The issue with the overflowing trash bin on the weekend has been solved. There are now dedicated bins that are enclosed by a walk around wall.
Maintenance has taken care of our issues. Also, we see security around quite a bit, which is nice!
