Was looking forward to trying out this cinema. However when I got there they will not let you use a debit/credit card for any purchase under $5(would of been nice if it was stated in their website). I would of gladly of paid the .35$ fee other places charge for card purchases but was turned away completely. As someone who doesn't carry cash on them I find this to be an unfriendly policy to some of their client base. Finally found you can buy a ticket in their website with an extra $1 fee so said whatever and bought it there. Tried to go in to the theater with the digital ticket and was told I'd have to stand in line outside in over 100 degree heat after I already had The ticket taker and manager? Were very un helpful and only after I engaged with them over the issue did the manager print me out the ticket you apparently need to get from the box office after you already have a digital ticket Overall my experience here before even stepping foot in a theater has been completely tainted and jaded from the staffing and payment issues.
