Jason and the crew at VBInspect were great through the entire process. Scheduling with them is really easy on their website and they had plenty of availability. Jason was on time for the inspection and was extremely thorough. He made sure to show me where the water, gas and electric shut off valves were and how they worked (as a first time homebuyer I had no idea what I was doing so that was VERY appreciated), showed me any problems he found and explained the issue, and answered all of my many, many questions. They got the completed inspection docs over to me promptly as well. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient!
