I found this company through a great Living Social deal. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within the week. A last minute emergency came up and I had to leave around the scheduled appointment time. Instead of rescheduling, Eric was fine with coming in the house, doing all the cleaning, picking up his Living Social receipt and be on his merry way. I came home to a clean house with no chemical smell or soggy carpets. DId it make me nervous to have a new company in my home without me? Yes. But I read the hidden reviews on yelp which were pretty good, so I took a shot. Most Groupon and LS deals don't apply to stairs, but Eric did mine for $2 more each step which I thought was totally reasonable (not sure what the landings cost). While the company doesn't accept credit card (downside), he allowed me to send a check in the mail to him. I haven't had the best experience with in-home Groupon and LS deals, but I was very happy with my experience with Wardlow's. See ya next year Eric, because you know i'll need this cleaning again.
