Horrible service...look for another company. I had an appointment to have service on alarm system for third time in six months. Made arrangements to meet tech at house.. was not living on premises so had to drive to location. They give you a 5 hour window. Tech knew I was driving 20 minutes to get there. He never showed. I called him 3 times he ignored my calls. When I called ADT service...he had closed the call 5 minutes after I got there. He never showed n was very rude on phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he never called me. This behavior is obviously representative of their leadership. They are expensive for what you get and not worth the frustration. .. go elsewhere!
