I could not be happier with DMS. I have no clue about plumbing and called. They had someone out in about 3 hours keeping me informed on the status along the way. TJ arrived and reviewed my situation. Turns out my pipes were just fine and no issues. He provided a thorough explanation of what was happening and gave suggestions. I didn't actually need to do anything. When I asked how much, he said nothing. He could have easily charged me for a valve that I didn't need or a visit fee. Made my stressful day less stressful.
