Terrible customer service. I went in the other night to buy 13 Balloons for my sons birthday. I had to dig through 20 different disorganized balloon bins while Juanita the store employee leaned against the counter and played on her phone. I couldn't find the balloons I wanted and when I asked she lazily told me " nope dont have it, what's out is out" and then went back to her phone. HELLO this is party city What do you mean you don't have any more balloons? I spent $25 on 13 balloons and it took her 20 minutes to fill them up because she was on her phone. Management wasn't anywhere in sight. As she was taking her time filling up balloons because her phone was more interesting.She was rude at check out and she forgot to ring up the party poppers. I searched other places to get balloons but I needed them for the morning, it was just easier to wait.
