This PM group is the WORST. Unless you want to be CHEATED, use a different Prop Mngmt. This group was so bad at managing my property that I filed a complaint with the Arizona Dept. of Real Estate. (ADRE Investigation Division). My tenant was without heat in winter for 9 days before I was contacted by DW; DW failed to notice the tenant on several occasions re: HOA violations I sent DW which resulted in additional fines for me; there was a # of other problems which I was I opted to pursue my complaint with ADRE. So my friends, I WARN you STAY AWAY From This PM Group !!
