The Dent Guys did a nice job taking out a very large dent from my truck and covering the scratched paint with the manufacturer's correct color. And, they were very nice to me and they fully explained the steps they would be taking. But, the employee who called my husband was quite unclear about what they were doing. Unfortunately, a dent this size required leaving the truck at the store and a $400 charge.
The store charges a hefty fee for using credit cards so come prepared with cash. We were not aware of this when we left the truck, but the technicians threw in the paint work for free so it still cost less than if we'd not used the card.
Unless I was able to get the work done at my home or office, I would probably try another store before returning to this one.
