Purchasing was fine. Service however.... awful. I had a couple of issues with my seats. Which were negotiated when I purchased. I was "promised" they would make them look like new. After two visits with Abraham I am still completely in satisfied. After the first visit, the small cigarette burn was covered by a 4"x4" patch. Which didn't match. After a few weeks the patch started falling off. It turned even lighter. It looked awful. So I took it back. I told him to make it right. After receiving a text from him the following day, I called him to see when I could pick up my car and to see if it was adequately fixed. After leaving 3 voicemails I began to panic. I called the front desk and explained that he refused to call me back and they got him on the phone. His explanation??? "I don't call people. I only text." What kind of business is this? I have questions and concerns. And you won't call me? So. I pick it up. And it now looks like a big oil stain on my seat. So. I take his lead, and text him. More than once. And have I heard anything back? Of course not. Do not shop here. They do not care about you. They only want to get you out the door.
