I needed to transfer a prescription from out of state. Jennifer, a pharmacy technician, was outstanding!!!! She found my account, moved the prescription, notified the other pharmacy about the change, and filled the prescription in less than 20 minutes. Extremely pleasant and helpful. I had expected this process to be an ordeal but every part of this morning's visit was wonderful. My insurance information was correct and she made sure that I got credit on the rewards card for the purchase. The store was clean, stocked, and nice with wide uncluttered isles. It was early in the morning (they open at 8am) so there weren't more than a handful of other customers. I get most prescriptions via mail-order, but for other things that Walgreens carries I'll be back to this store.
