I love Ulta. The company is great and I am a frequent customer both online and at my home store in Oregon. The difference with this location is it's staff. One of the women (long dark wavy hair with false lashes, maybe in her 40s) working near the UD display was very pushy and insulting. She pointed out insecurities and "flaws" and tried to make sales off us feeling bad about ourselves. We sent clear signals we wanted to shop undisturbed but she kept pushing until finally we made an excuse to get away and she scowled at us and became even ruder. It made me furious. She needs to be taught about how to respect her customers and know that makeup isn't about being insecure, but about expressing creativity. Might give the location a call to issue a formal complaint. On the upside, the cashier was lovely!
