I can't put into writing how upset I am. We started seeing this dr when my dad was told he had progressed to type two diabetes and needed insulin ASAP. I have to say that this has been by far the worst dr my family and I have ever been to& when requested medical records dr charged 56 bucks and I still haven't recieved it. It has been around 1 month so far.
