This review is for the separate rental car terminal located at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The terminal houses most of the car rental companies available in the area. You access the remote terminal by using numerous bus shuttles available from each airline terminal.
The facility is very attractive with a modern and airy feeling. The agencies are located in a semi circle surrounding the central bus arrival and departure area. Cars are parked in a covered garage which helps during the intense summer heat.
The big downside is the remote location which requires a rather long drive. This can add a decent amount of time to your trip so plan accordingly. Accessing the freeway requires a winding drive in and out of the area, but following the signs helps greatly. Enjoy your trip!
