TERRIBLE customer service. Went in there to do some serious fall shopping and left very disappointed. NOT because the clothes were not nice, because they were just what I was looking for, but I needed assistance and I was not going to get it. The employees were more interested in setting up the store, moving clothes around, refolding, talking in groups about where to put things...some were managers as well...anyways-not very welcoming...
I went to pick up my hold items having spent the day before trying all these clothes on and I needed some advice from the one employee and since I was taking too long discussing with my mom he turned to us and said just call me when you are ready..we were in need of his help!!! and he knew it!!!...we just were making up our minds trying to decide how to coordinate the clothes for I was leaving on a five week work trip to Europe. I will be sharing this with my colleagues so they do not get the same disregarded feeling. Clothes are that nice to put up with that kind of disrespect.
