I first started training at Mint Body beginning of the year. Angela and Mican, the owners, have been so amazing and caring from the start. They paired me with my trainer Adrian, who is truly knowledgeable and got me in the best shape I've been in a long time. I love that place and I love how welcoming they are to all their clients and the kiddos. My son loves going to "work out". We are moving soon and I wish I could pack them all up and bring them with me. Truly amazing people doing truly amazing things. Highly recommend Mint Body and their staff for your fitness journey!
