I went in a week ago and bought a stud so I could have my nose ring changed out. The guy tried to take my nose ring out and couldn't. Therefore he couldn't put the one I just bought in and I couldn't get my money back because all sells are final.
So, I went in tonight and talked to a different guy. The lady working the counter called him because he was next door. She said, "he will be right over and he wasn't happy."She said, "He's in a bad mood but he will be nice to you."
I told him I just wanted to take the ring out and that a different guy had trouble but I was hoping he knew how to do it. He said with an attitude, "what makes you think I can do it?" He had a nasty attitude the entire time and when he said for the second time, "why do you think I can do it", I walked out! I will NEVER do business with them again and I hope you don't! So unprofessional!
