If I could give zero stars I would! Made an appointment to have a dryer hose replaced. First appointment guy calls late in the day to reschedule. Took time off from work to accommodate second appointment, guy never shows. After numerous calls back an forth only to find out they "can't get in touch with" their one an only west side tech who obviously has no intention of showing up. I'm fuming by this point and after they kept insisting they would be out the next day for sure we foolishly gave them another chance. Half way through that day receive yet another call saying they aren't coming. Are you kidding me? Is this anyway to run a business?? 3 strikes your out. Will never use again!!
