First of all, I went to Gene's, because of the reviews on yelp, and a personal reference from a friend. I called on Monday and made an appointment for 9 am today. I had to call 4 times and got the run around till about 2pm when I finally spoke to gene and got a quote. He said the car would be ready at 5 and it wasn't. I was quoted a price for service in the phone, and when I arrived it was magically 80 dollars higher. I had to go back and forth with Gene just to get the original price that was quoted. Miscommunication doesn't begin to describe what happened today. Horrible customer service doesn't describe Gene's Autoworx...how bout no customer service. The cherry on top of the whole thing was waiting in the office another 30 minutes while Gene worked to get the window up that I told him not to roll down...not once did he come and tell me what was going on! I will never come back to Gene's, I'll never refer anyone there, and I pray to God that you do the same!
