Went here because of a Groupon deal I found. I am very wary of Groupon deals, but with the few reviews Maria Giallanza Salon had here I decided to try anyways. Wooooo, I do not regret that decision!
I haven't had a decent color EVER in Cleveland (I'm always going back again to get it fixed). My color came out great! Minimal red undertones (I go from black to blonde), decent gradient (because my roots are slightly darker), and an acceptable wait time in the chair!
Only two "complaints" - which I don't even care about because they are not a huge deal to me. First, I can slightly see the "stepping" of color change in my hair. Considering I got a ombre done, this is a slight setback in quality. Second is that my haircut ended up very blunt, which I specifically asked not for. This is perhaps suggestive of them not paying 110% attention to what the customer wants. Overall though, great place. Nice people (even the owner was around to say hello). Quality was a steal considering I got a Groupon. I would definitely return!
