I reached out via email email twice before placing an order because I had questions and no response. The website says to order before 12pm Saturday for delivery Sunday, Wednesday. After 2 days of no responses I decided to place the order before the cut off ended.
I then proceeded to call the number. No answer. Left a voicemail. No returned phone call.
Much to my surprise I did not receive a deliver Sunday night. The website doesn't specify that orders start Wednesday and second delivery Sunday so I should have received some meals last night.
Disappointing that 3 attempts to contact them in the last 4 days and I've received no responses back from the company. I really wanted to start the meal prep today, but looks like I may need to cancel and go with another company that has better customer service.
