We had our entire first floor carpet and tile demolished/removed and a more contemporary looking tile put in by Clayton Family Tile. Right from the beginning, my husband and I were super impressed by the prompt response, attention to detail, and accessibility of the whole team. The work took 3 weeks to complete, but Jeremy had already apprised us of this and did not try to over-promise or cut corners to get our business. We have two young children, so having a kitchen out of commission for even a week is surely a challenge, but they helped us make it work. We never felt like it was an intrusion into our daily lives, and at the end, they helped us put all our furniture back in. Francisco and Lupe were at work every morning at 7am on the dot, and some days there would be someone staying late just to finish cutting or other work, to make the next day's work quicker. Needless to say, we're very happy with the outcome and will surely keep them in mind for future projects.
