After calling American Home Shield warranty and getting a terrible company to come out and diagnose my A/C problem, Dr. Cool came into the rescue to confirm that AR Complete Service didn't know what they were talking about! I put in a dispute with my home warranty over the denied A/C coverage based on a ridiculous diagnosis by AR Complete (not to be confused please with ARS). They then scheduled Dr. Cool. They got my work order on Wed afternoon and by 8:30 a.m. the next day, Chris was here to help me (this after being 3 days without air conditioning upstairs in 106 degree heat all week). He did a full diagnosis and proved me right. It was a compressor issue due to it being old, not leaves being in my system. He was professional, extremely thorough and actually funny with a personality! I appreciated Zack in the office scheduling me so quickly too, so props to him as well. I'm not sure why others have given them anything but 5 stars. They are definitely a top rate, professional service organization that honestly seems to "care" about your problem. Personal service all around. Thanks Dr. Cool.
