Went to kid cashew after seeing their food on charlotteagenda's instagram (drool!) and have been coming back since- mainly for lunch. Very casual interior with that hipster rustic look, but not like overdone garage sale rustic. My pork panini tasted so good it almost felt healthy for me! Pork was chopped up and melted in my mouth. Another sandwich I really liked was the mushroom burger. Didnt miss the meat. They use their dipping sauces to add punch of flavor. It was filling but again fresh and light. The grilled bun was really tasty on its own-smoky, a lil sweet and buttery. Really like that after I eat here I still feel satisfied, feel like Im doing my body good (short of going to the gym) but No food coma and feeling like I have to nap.
