BUYER BEWARE Very poor customer service!! Their motto should read "We will tell you half of what you need to know, and then hold you accountable when we do not go over anything with you." Dropped off templates that I was told I had to make (never offered an option to pay for someone to do it). No one inspected the templates that I dropped off which were of 200+ year old furniture with dings and chips on the wood around the perimeter. So when I went to pic up the glass they actually cut out the dings and chips instead of just making a straight line???? Really??? Don't you think at some point they would of called me to verify or ask if this was correct?? No instead the guy tells me its my fault and that they cut the pattern exactly how I asked (which is not true because they never looked over the templates with me) He then refused to give me the pattern and said that he would dispute every bad review I gave him because thats his job! HAHA he must have a full time job disputing bad reviews if this is the type of customer service they give! This whole situation could of been avoided by proper and courteous customer service. They don't seem to concerned about that fact. All they wanted to do and did do was blame me and kept pointing to the pencil rubbing on the template of the chipped wood. I mean please, if your going to be that literal then do your due diligence and go over templates with customers when they drop them off!
