I do not own a home, and therefore do not require inspection, however, I feel I am qualified to make an educated boast on CCI's consulting skills. I have been participating in some green leadership orientations hosted in the Conservation Consultants building, and am very impressed. Pictures line the walls depicting the remodeling of the structure into its current green state, and the business' commitment to the environment is apparent in all of their methods, and in all of their rooms. It is apparent from walking around the building that its operation is overseen by people who know what they are doing for precisely that reason - they are really doing it! Great place to rent out for meetings, as well - sunny, large front room with projector screen.
