One of my favourite dog parks in the city, there's always a good mix of other pups around and there is lots of room for everyone to run around and play.
They renovated the park last summer and have now put in a water fountain for people and for pups, which gets bonus points for me not having to carry an extra water bottle around. Could use some complimentary poop bags or hand sanitizer and it can get a bit dusty in the summer, but I love that there are lots of benches and a few trees.
Downfalls: little to no grass, and the slaughterhouse behind the park can smell pretty foul sometimes (and if you're paying attention you'll see truck loads of live pigs going in fairly often).
Have had a few issues with unfixed males coming in to the space - could use some signage saying this is not allowed!
