Decided to try Ulta for the first time and because I could double my Ulta rewards points. It was not a good experience. I had set up an appointment on a Sunday at 9 or 10 through the app. I get there the day of about 5 minutes early and the store wasn't open to the public yet until an hour later. Grr. I come back once open and immediately let the salon know I was scheduled an hour earlier, but I was somehow too late. The stylist took someone else first and told me to come back 45 minutes later. How irresponsible, I mean I'm sure they must get alerts about appointments made with the app, especially if it's scheduled when it's not even open, so to not get a call back about an issue that could have gone better handled, I don't get a good impression of the salon. Anyways, I get back after the 45 minutes and the stylist still isn't ready and transfers me to another one. The second stylist was ok but too pushy! Haircut was good, style was not to my liking but I was already wanting to get out. It was a very unfortunate visit :/
