This is honestly the worst Steak 'N Shake restaurant I've ever been to. Steak 'N Shake is my go to if I'm just in the need of some quick fast food and driving back home, but after this visit, I'm not sure if that's the case anymore.
After ordering a grilled cheese and a regular fry, I sat in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes waiting for the workers. That's honestly ridiculous! I probably could have ordered it faster inside and left. Then, while I was still talking, guy that was working the window literally shut the window while I was talking! Could he have been any ruder?!
As if that wasn't bad, my fries literally just tasted like cardboard and my grilled cheese wasn't cooked all the way. I will no longer visit Steak 'N Shake, that's for sure.
