In Toronto we have lots of choices when it comes to restaurants and it is a challenge to stand out. Canis is phenomenal! The server was professional and well informed. The food was spectacular. The menu consists or a choice of two tasting menu's and the table is expected to select the same tasting menu. They were very accommodating with with allergies and food restrictions. The atmosphere is elegant and unpretentious. This is a high end restaurant so expect to
the bill to be on the upper end, but that said it is worth every cent. The wine pairings were very good and decent sized pours. Book well in advance as they are very popular.
