upsell upsell upsell. I am sitting in the waiting room for the second time in 1 month because I didn't agree to the over the top estimate of work that was 'required' on my 2 year old car. My breaks were not installed correctly the first time and now that they are still loud and squeeling I was just quoted another $300 'to really fix the problem. Lifetime guarantee is total bs!!! The mechanic even said the pads had a heavy glaze on them and that's what's causing some of the noise... Would they replace those pads? Nope... Not unless I pay another $300. I'm going to the only honest mechanic I know in town. If my car actually needs more parts or labor i'd rather it go to 5 star auto on sahara. Ask for bobby.
