This place is under TERRIBLE management. the employees are very nice so there is nothing they can do about it. I went here a couple days ago and they charged my card two times for two different amounts. One was my 13 and change for my 2 chargers, and the other was 12 and change for who knows what. I asked for a refund and they told me they "didn't know how" and they told me they would TEXT their manager and took my phone number down and he would TEXT me. The management is unprofessional given it's been 2 days and have not received my TEXT. also found the managers number because they are looking for new hires via TEXT. i've texted, i've called, i messaged their facebook page, NOTHING. this place is terrible and dutch bros is much better. Dutch bros is more professional and i couldn't imagine this happening there, or any other business. Will not be back and. will keep spreading word on not to go there.
