I am a healthcare professional with a demanding work schedule. I specifically researched dermatologist in the Charlotte area that would see patients on Friday afternoons, as this is my only option. I had a great new patient visit in September 2015. Very friendly staff, nice office and overall pleased with my visit. I felt I was able to get my questions answered. I arrived early for my appointment and they were even able to take me early. I scheduled with them again for my annual visit in September 2016. However, in May I get a phone call from them telling me they no longer have a doctor working Friday afternoons and they need to cancel my appointment. Unfortunately, Friday afternoons are my only option for doctors appointments. This is the reason I chose Derm Care of Charlotte. I was driving an hour to their office in Ballantyne. I guess I will have to pursue other options.
