This location is so close to work but unfortunately they consistently screw up orders and it makes it very difficult when you're pressed on time during a work break. Hadn't been in for a while so decided to give it a chance as chipotle is usually really tasty!
They got my bowl switched!!!!! How does that happen? I got back to work and opened up my bowl to major disappointment as it was not what I ordered! I couldn't eat it and couldn't leave work anymore. I called and was told the next one would be free! What about this one??? Really???
I decided to go back and return he bowl after work and received attitude from the manager. I'm not the one who made a mistake and the disingenuous apologies were very unnecessary. I won't be returning to this location and I hope they read their reviews and work on improving their service.
