I am extremely disappointed at the staff at this Target store. I always thought Target was run efficiently, had a well trained and courteous staff but it certainly wasn't true this evening. I have a broken foot and needed to get a pair of compression socks for it. I called this Target store and was told that they had the item that I saw online. The sales clerk told me that she would leave it up front for me to pick up. I got there half an hour later and had to wait because she hadn't brought it to the customer service area. The compression socks that she brought me was not the same item (and item #) that I gave her over the phone. After driving over to Target and hobbling from the car to the store on my broken foot, she never even offered me an apology. I then talked to the front line manager who also didn't offer an apology for inconveniencing me even though it was clearly their mistake. Talk about bad customer service!!
