I recently had a couple of issues with this company. They misdiagnosed during the inspection period for a client of mine (I'm a real estate agent) and then either misdiagnosed or purposely (which I am suspecting as he gave the exact same diagnosis to a close friend), to drive up the price of the service on one of my properties trying to charge over $700 when the other company found and fixed the issue quickly and only charged $210.
