My boyfriend and I adopted our first dog last year and decided to choose this veterinary clinic to get Toby established and update his vaccines. We called on Friday to make an appointment and they were able to schedule us the next day, which was great. I've tried emailing other highly rated clinics to set up an appointment, but never heard back.
When we arrived to the vet I was very pleased with the check in process because the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get all his previous information entered into the system, check his weight, and get placed into an examination room all within 10 minutes or so. Once inside the veterinary technician did a basic check of Toby's vitals then addressed whatever concerns we had for our dog. Being an older pug with bad breath, we knew dental would be a big concern. Luckily she reviewed the different payment options and plans for us beforehand, told us about all of the specials, and answered any other questions we had about price before we met with the doctor.
Dr. Snead, the veterinarian, was super nice! He was very personable and friendly and addressed any concerns we had about Toby. We were able to get his full set of vaccines, nail trim, and medicine to clean his ears very efficiently. They were very good about informing us of any extra cost before we did anything and they made sure to have a signature from us before starting any work. We plan to come here for all of Toby's needs!
