The food is great, but I have an issue with service every time I go there. I ordered a sandwich for pickup recently, and when I got there they said they didn't have it. I told her my name and she said "is it for Bud?" Bud was not what I said. Then they tried to make it seem like I was the idiot and said are you sure you ordered at this location? I was grabbing my phone to confirm and one kid said "Oh, I made that sandwich! It's right here." He made my sandwich, started talking to his coworkers, and left it there not on the pickup shelf. No apology or anything, just here you go. I left there thinking "how was that so hard?"
