Poor customer service!
Came here a few weeks ago because we got a groupon. When we arrived, we were not greeted much, and shortly we were brought to the room. No instructions were said, we were expected to know what to do and change. She did not introduced herself nor say what she was about to do or put on me, in terms of massage oil or cream. She massaged me very quickly like she was in a rush and did not use any effort at all. My friend went with me in the same room and felt the same too.
After the massage, they disappeared and never appeared again as if they were in a hurry.
I would strongly not recommend this spa place! Even though it is a deal, I feel that I would want a refund.
