Customer service here is beyond poor. As soon as I drove into the lot, I was given a few unwelcome stares by the workers. When they realized I was here for a service, without greeting me or anything, the one worker said in an angry tone "to the back". Having never been to a jiffy lube and given great "instructions" from this worker, I apparently drove into the wrong part and was yelled at by several more employees for doing so. One employee approached me and directed me to the appropriate place, but I wised up to this place and said Nope and immediately bolted. I can't account for the job because I didn't get it done here, but no place with that much rude employees is getting my business. I proudly went to Midas down the street and was greeted appropriately. I might have paid a little extra at Midas (since I had jiffy coupons) but I rather pay more than be in an environment like that. Nope!
