Youfit is a very clean gym, and at 10 dollars a month for a full-size gym! No lunk alarms.. can't beat that This probably the friendliest staffed gym I have ever been to. They greet you with a smile at the front and all the trainers are really nice and ask me how my day is going and if I had a good workout. Brian Shelton, can't say enough about him, he is a really informative trainer, he gave me a initial free training workout and, if you like good workout that works your muscles he's the one. Brian also said he will send me workouts to do on my phone on days I don't have PT.
