In general I like the place but when they get busy they move sooooo slowly it's scary and to expect a cripple to stand in line for an hour or more for pain relief (lets cause pain for someone trying to get pain relief) is stupid. I would suggest coming up with a DMV style text message system - at least for the handicapped so that the person can leave and come back when it's near time for their turn. I was crippled 25 years ago and my body certainly hasn't improved since then.
