I gave three stars because unlike some of the reviewers I haven't had a really bad experience with them. My only beef is that if I go to a local dealer, I'm going with the intention of paying a premium price to have the part right now.
My experience with this place is that most of the time they don't have the part in stock and they still want a premium price while having to wait a week for the part. Not me, thank you. If I have to wait then I'll buy it online at my price, not theirs and it's delivered to my door.
Keep in mind that I've never brought my bike here for service and I've never bought a bike from them. I do most of my own servicing on my bike sans tire replacements. I don't have the equipment, or patience, for that.
I'm to there now for an air cleaner. Let's see if it's in stock or "but we can order it for you."
